How can I track my order?
For tracking on all orders, we will email you your USPS Tracking Number. Please allow 5 business days for this "track" link to appear. If you're unable to get tracking information after 5 business days, please contact us.
Can I return/exchange my purchase?
We apologize that your item(s) did not work out. We accept returns/exchanges within 30 days. To complete a return, please contact us.
I don’t live near any of the STTY Brand Pop-up locations, how can I purchase merchandise?
For any pop-up exclusive purchases, please contact us directly. All items are subject to availability.
I just placed an order, can I cancel it?
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel an order once it has been submitted, as we cannot disrupt the workflow process fulfilled by our team.
